Outrage in Hyderabad as children travel in car boot at high speed

A video from Hyderabad's Outer Ring Road (ORR) has sparked massive outrage on social media after a family was allegedly seen travelling at high speed with children sitting inside the boot of the car. The clip, which is being widely circulated online, reportedly shows the vehicle moving at over 100 kmph on the high-speed expressway.

Dangerous act caught on camera

At least three children can be seen sitting inside the open boot area while the car is in motion. The video quickly sparked anger online, with many users demanding strict action against the driver. Several people described the act as reckless and dangerous, especially because children were involved.

Police response

Responding to the viral video, Cyberabad Traffic Police stated, 'Sir, the issue has been noted and will be verified. Carrying passengers, especially children, in the boot area of a moving vehicle is highly dangerous and puts lives at serious risk. Necessary action will be taken as per traffic and road safety regulations. We urge all motorists to prioritise safety and travel responsibly.'
