Happy Streets Returns to Lucknow with Fitness and Fun

Lucknow: Vibrant energy, music, fitness, and community participation transformed the morning into a lively celebration of health and togetherness as Happy Streets returned on Sunday at Sukoon by Pardos Okas. The event featured a range of engaging performances and activities that kept the participants entertained and inspired.

The activities opened with a refreshing yoga session by Indradev, setting a calm and focused tone. This was followed by an energetic zumba performance by Anand, whose lively moves encouraged the crowd to join in. A magic show by Anand added a sense of wonder, leaving the children amazed with interactive tricks and illusions.

Adding to the excitement, Lucky led a high-energy 'Dancing Freak Fitness Dance' session that saw enthusiastic participation from all age groups, with people dancing to beats such as 'Oh ho ho ho' and 'Naal Nachna'. RJ Shadab kept the momentum alive, engaging the crowd with lively hosting.

Chief guest, member of UP BJP, Neeraj Singh, reflected on the importance of such initiatives, recalling Connaught Place in Delhi where similar activities once brought communities together. He said, "Children often stay awake till late night, but waking up early and incorporating fitness into daily life is very necessary. International Day of Yoga has brought a positive change in society, with both government and private sectors supporting initiatives like Happy Streets."

Young talents added special moments to the morning, as 10-year-old Shashwat Seth played the tune of Vande Mataram on the flute, drawing loud applause from the audience. Five-year-old Arya impressed everyone with a delightful dance performance.

"The magic show was one of the most exciting parts of the morning. Every trick had us clapping and cheering. We kept wondering how it was even possible. It brought out a sense of curiosity and joy not just among children but adults too. Events like these truly make Happy Streets special," said Richa Singh, a corporate employee.

The event was supported by the Uttar Pradesh Housing and Development Board, Amul, Abacus Lifestyle Brands Ltd, CWC Logistics Driving Process, NTPC Northern Region Headquarters, and Central Academy Group of Schools.

Happy Streets will return at the same venue on May 31, promising yet another morning filled with fitness, fun, and community bonding.

"The dance session was absolutely electrifying. The music, the energy, and the instructor's enthusiasm made it impossible to stand still. People from all age groups joined in without hesitation. It felt less like a performance and more like a celebration of fitness and happiness. This is exactly how Sundays should begin," said a bank employee, Megha Bose.
