Kamaraj Road in Bengaluru will remain closed for 60 days starting March 1 for culvert construction work. The Bengaluru Traffic Police have issued a notification regarding the closure and diversion of traffic.

Road Closure Details

The stretch between the junction of Kamaraj Road and Cubbon Road up to the junction of Kamaraj Road and Millers Road will be completely closed for vehicular movement. The closure is necessary to facilitate the construction of a culvert, which is part of the city's infrastructure upgrade.

Alternative Routes

Motorists have been advised to use alternative routes to avoid inconvenience. Vehicles coming from Cubbon Road and heading towards Millers Road can take a detour via Cubbon Road, then turn left onto Museum Road, and proceed to Millers Road. Similarly, those traveling from Millers Road towards Cubbon Road can use Millers Road, turn left onto Museum Road, and then take Cubbon Road to reach their destination.
