Chennai: Teen Kidnapped, Gang-Raped; One Arrested

A 14-year-old girl was kidnapped and gang-raped by two men after a motorcycle chase near Madurantakam. She walked 12-16 km to a hospital. Police have arrested one suspect and are hunting for the other.
