NMC Proposes Rs 290-Crore Nashik-Pune Highway Widening for Kumbh Mela

Nashik Municipal Corporation has submitted a Rs 290-crore proposal to NHAI to widen the Nashik-Pune highway from Dwarka to Nashik Road. The project aims to transform the 9-km stretch into a six-lane corridor ahead of the 2027 Simhastha Kumbh Mela.
