Penalty Required for Yettinahole Project Forest Clearance

A Ministry of Environment and Forest panel has ruled that the Rs 23,251.66-crore Yettinahole project must pay a penalty to obtain forest clearance, with its first phase lift irrigation works completed in September 2024.
