New Co-Founders Appointed
Achala Chauhan joins as Co-Founder, Director and Chief Business Officer. She will own Cognitute's digital growth engine across geographies, focusing on deepening client relationships and expanding into APAC and the Middle East. As the firm scales its AI Consulting 4.0 model, Chauhan will drive strategic expansion with commercial urgency.
Saloni joins as Co-Founder, Director and Chief Financial Officer. Her financial expertise will steer Cognitute's financial strategy and governance architecture, building the foundation for acquisitions and mergers while creating fiscal systems for sustainable growth.
Senior Leadership Elevations
Devika Jain is elevated to Assistant Vice President, Digital Growth, leading digital business and growth verticals. Pooja Roy is elevated to Assistant Vice President, Core Operations, overseeing all client-facing operational functions to ensure delivery standards remain high as the firm scales.
AI Mandate Embedded in Leadership
