Pidilite Industries Limited's art and craft brand Fevicryl has launched its flagship training and upskilling programme, Artist in Me (AIM), bringing together 120 of India's leading Fevicryl Certified Professionals (FCPs) for a three-day immersive experience in Mumbai. The initiative targets Specialist and Expert FCPs from the brand's extensive artist network, aiming to empower them as trainers and mentors.
Programme Focus and Leadership Vision
According to Kashyap Gala, Senior Vice President of Consumer Products at Pidilite Industries, the AIM 2026 programme immerses top FCPs in emerging contemporary art trends and advanced techniques through hands-on workshops. Gala stated, "At Fevicryl, we are deeply committed to nurturing India's artists and creators ecosystem, and our Artist in Me (AIM) 2026 program is a true testament to that vision. This flagship program empowers our top Fevicryl Certified Professionals by immersing them in emerging contemporary art trends and advanced techniques with hands-on workshops." He further explained that the train-the-trainer model enables these educators to cascade their skills to thousands of artists across communities, schools, and institutions, fostering artpreneurship and inspiring the next generation of creators nationwide.
International Learning Exchange and Digital Growth
AIM 2026 features an international learning exchange with Jong Ie Nara, a leading South Korean educational supplies and publishing company known for its paper-folding and origami education programmes. Additionally, the programme includes an exclusive session by Shweta Mahadik, popularly known as DIY Chachi, a leading digital creator. Mahadik will lead a specialised track on leveraging DIY as a content format to help participants build and scale their digital presence.
Three Core Training Areas
The programme is structured around three core areas: Global Craft and Trend-Led Learning, which provides insights into international design trends and emerging movements; Hands-on Workshop Training, covering advanced techniques and innovative applications using Fevicryl's art supply portfolio; and Digital and Creative Growth, offering tools to translate artistic skills into strong digital and professional platforms. Through structured sessions and interactive workshops, participants enhance their ability to inspire and mentor a wider community of learners and hobbyists.
Impact and Commitment
Through AIM, Fevicryl reinforces its commitment to nurturing artistic talent and enabling skill development at scale, building a future-ready community of artist-educators across India. The programme encourages collaboration, creative exchange, and hands-on experimentation, with participants gaining advanced techniques and digital strategies to expand their reach.
