Giti Tire has launched its new GitiSynergy H3 tyre with original equipment (OE) nominations on the all-electric BMW iX1 and BMW iX2. The tyre, supplied in size 245/40 R20 99Y XL, was specifically engineered to meet key performance and sustainability targets.
Key Performance and Sustainability Features
The GitiSynergy H3 delivers very low rolling resistance and noise, an extended wear life, and an aerodynamic sidewall design. It records the highest EU Rolling Resistance label rating of A, indicating superior efficiency.
The tyre will carry a star symbol on the sidewall, signifying BMW Group approval in accordance with the manufacturer's OE specifications. This marks a significant milestone for Giti Tire in the premium electric vehicle segment.
Previous BMW Group OE Nominations
Giti Tire has previously secured OE nominations with the BMW 1 Series, supplying the GitiWinterW2 in size 225/40R19 93H XL, and with the BMW Group MINI, supplying the GitiSynergyH2 in 195/55R16 91W XL. These partnerships demonstrate Giti's growing presence in the European OE market.

Design, Engineering, and Testing
The GitiSynergy H3 was designed and engineered at Giti Tire's European Research & Development Centre in Hannover, Germany. Testing was conducted at the company's MIRA facility in the UK, as well as at key locations in Germany and Spain. The project utilised AdvanZtech, Giti Tire's globally integrated, company-wide R&D system, ensuring advanced technology and consistency.
