The school registered an average cost-to-company (CTC) of ₹16.47 LPA and a highest package of ₹27.8 LPA. This average positions the institution ahead of nearly half of India's Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs), a significant achievement for a relatively new B-school.

Recruiters and Roles

This year's placement season attracted established global names such as Adobe, Yatra, and Payoneer, alongside fast-scaling startups. These companies hired for high-ownership roles across Founder's Office, Go-to-Market (GTM), Growth, Strategy, and Program Management. According to the school, this signals a shift: Hive School's job-ready talent is now being absorbed by mature, brand-name employers, not just early-stage startups.

In total, Hive School conducted placement processes with over 50 recruiters, spanning high-growth consumer, tech, and direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands such as Swiggy, Google, and LinkedIn, as well as fast-scaling startups and established enterprises. The breadth of recruiters reflects widening employer interest in revenue-first, job-ready talent across functions.

Program Details and Curriculum

Hive School's flagship 9-month Postgraduate Program in Revenue, AI, and Entrepreneurship is delivered fully offline. Students work through weekly business challenges, live simulations, sprints, and founder-led workshops. The curriculum is designed in collaboration with startup leaders and operators, covering go-to-market, growth and strategy, founder-led revenue, and modern operating functions. Students are mentored by active operators from leading tech companies.

This year also marks Hive School's expansion beyond its flagship postgraduate program. Students also participated in industry immersions at companies like Big Boy Toyz, PeeSafe, Culture Circle, and other D2C brands.
