NCLT Order Clears Path for Entertainment City Redevelopment

NCLT Order Directs Share Registration, Paving Way for Revival

The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), New Delhi Bench (Court-II), has issued an order in favor of Parmesh Construction Company Limited (PCCL), directing Entertainment City Limited (ECL) to register in its Register of Members the shares transferred by minority investor shareholders to PCCL. Bhutani Infra Group is a part of PCCL. This order provides legal clarity after years of litigation, allowing Bhutani Group to proceed with the redevelopment of Entertainment City, one of India's largest integrated entertainment and lifestyle destinations.

Entertainment City: A Landmark Project in Delhi-NCR

Strategically located in the heart of Delhi-NCR, Entertainment City spans approximately 147.4835 acres. It houses major attractions including The Great India Place (GIP) Mall, Gardens Galleria Mall, Worlds of Wonder Theme Park, WOW Water Park, KidZania, hotels, retail spaces, and other entertainment facilities. The site has long been recognized as a premier leisure destination in North India.
