Third Edition of Supreme Court on Company Law Compendium Unveiled
Aseem Chawla, Senior Advocate and distinguished Tax & Business Lawyer, has launched the Third Edition of "Supreme Court on Company Law" (Compendium of Cases) covering judicial pronouncements from 1950 to 2025. The three-volume set follows the Second Edition published in 2022 by Bloomsbury/Corporate Law Advisor and compiles landmark judgments under The Companies Act, 1913, 1956, and 2013.
Each judgment includes concise headnotes highlighting the ratio decidendi of the Supreme Court, with specific paragraph references for ease of use. The compendium also features a comprehensive Subject Index and Section Index, enhancing its research value.

Hon'ble Justice Ujjal Bhuyan of the Supreme Court of India, in his foreword, praised the work for consolidating authoritative pronouncements on company law systematically. Aseem Chawla is a Senior Advocate and member of the Bar Council of India.
