The 2026 Summer Fancy Food Show in New York features India's largest-ever participation, with over 70 exhibitors presenting agricultural and processed food products. India Pavilion Highlights

The India Pavilion, organized by the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA), India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO), and All India Rice Exporters Association, showcases a wide range of products including Basmati rice, spices, ready-to-eat foods, beverages, organic products, frozen foods, and snacks. Special attractions include the Indian Mango Showcase and a Basmati Culinary Showcase.

According to a press release, the North American market for Indian consumer packaged food products is estimated to represent a USD 30-50 billion opportunity over the coming decade. The pavilion aims to celebrate growing global demand for Indian food products while highlighting the richness, diversity, and quality of India's food industry to international buyers, retailers, and distributors.
