Opening Ceremony and Keynote
Abhishek Gourav, Co-Founder and Director of MantraNex Vista Pvt Ltd, delivered the welcome address, followed by a traditional lamp lighting ceremony. The second panel addressed "Regulation, Data Protection, and AI Governance: South Asia in a Global Frame." Speakers included Antony Alex (Rainmaker), Sivani Peesapati (GE Healthcare), and Yogesh Naik (Volvo Group India), who examined steps for aligning with India's DPDP Act 2023 and ASEAN data norms.

A case study by Nishi Shafton Williams and Gurupyari Dwivedi from ABiz Corporation walked delegates through the real-world transformation of legal teams adopting new technology.

The third panel, "Intellectual Property in the Age of AI: Ownership, Authorship & Enforcement," included Krishna Chellapilla (Tata Consultancy Services) and Sanjay Jain (Lex Corp), who tackled questions around patentability of AI-assisted inventions and shifting global IP landscapes.

A second case study by Kapil Singhal, CEO of CaseDocker, introduced "The AI-Powered Legal WorkDesk: CaseDocker's Vision for Seamless Operations," showcasing centralized platforms for simplifying legal workflows.
Digital Forensics, Data Privacy & Cybersecurity
The fifth panel addressed "Digital Forensics, Data Privacy & Cybersecurity Investigations: Managing Evidence, Risk and Response." Speakers included Jagannath PV (LTIMindtree), Sushma Shankar (Accenture), Rakesh Kumarswamy Udupi (Infosys), and Punya Patra (Supreme Court of India, Novartis Healthcare), exploring how legal teams manage evidence and risk in a digital threat landscape.
Recognition and Awards
The event honored Shri G. Sridhar, Secretary to the Government of Karnataka for Parliamentary Affairs and Legislation, as Chief Guest. He was felicitated by Dr. Lalit Bhasin and Abhishek Gourav for his contributions to legislative affairs.
