A tragic explosion at a chemical manufacturing unit in Ahmedabad's Naroda GIDC area on Friday afternoon resulted in the death of one worker and injuries to three others. The blast occurred at MNS Intermediates, reportedly triggered by the explosion of a tank containing a chemical solvent inside the factory premises.

The force of the explosion injured four workers, who were immediately rushed to a nearby hospital. One of them later succumbed to his injuries during treatment. The incident also sparked a fire in a hydrogen-filled truck parked within the factory compound, prompting an emergency response from the fire department.
