Harley-Davidson has revised the prices of its X440 motorcycle range, affecting the Vivid, S, and T variants. The price increases vary by model, with the top-spec X440 T experiencing the highest hike. This marks the first price revision for the X440 T, which was launched in December 2025 as the newest addition to the lineup.
Price Breakdown
The X440 T now costs Rs 2.84 lakh (ex-showroom), reflecting an increase of Rs 5,000 from its previous price. The X440 S has risen by Rs 4,000 to Rs 2.59 lakh, while the entry-level X440 Vivid sees a modest Rs 1,000 increase, now priced at Rs 2.36 lakh. The revision is expected to impact buyers considering the top-tier T variant the most.
Engine and Performance
All X440 models are powered by a 440 cc air/oil-cooled single-cylinder engine that produces 27 bhp and 38 Nm of peak torque. The X440 T distinguishes itself with styling inspired by the Harley XR1200, including a redesigned rear section with a larger fender, revised seat, bigger grab rails, and a new tank badge. It is available in Black, Red, Blue, and White paint schemes.
Design Updates
Other visual changes on the X440 T include bar-end mirrors, a black front fender, and a revised side stripe, while the front-end design remains largely unchanged. The single-sided exhaust has also been updated with a different finish.
Chassis and Suspension
The motorcycle weighs 192 kg and rides on an 18-inch front wheel and a 17-inch rear wheel. It has a wheelbase of 1,418 mm and ground clearance of 170 mm. Suspension duties are handled by a 43 mm KYB USD fork with 130 mm of travel at the front and gas-charged twin shock absorbers at the rear, all built around a trellis-frame chassis.
