Spanish aerospace major ITP Aero officially broke ground on Tuesday for its new manufacturing facility in Hyderabad, dedicated to producing commercial aviation engine components, including fabrications and machined parts.
The new facility is expected to be fully operational by 2027 and will generate more than 350 skilled jobs over the next five years. This expansion adds to the 250 manufacturing jobs ITP Aero already supports in Hyderabad, where the company has been operating for 15 years.
Government Support and Economic Impact
Welcoming the investment, Telangana Industries Minister D Sridhar Babu stated that the project would significantly boost the state's aerospace manufacturing ecosystem. He emphasized that the facility would attract advanced manufacturing processes and support local capability building.
