The deployment focuses on engineering visibility outcomes rather than merely adding light, targeting critical factors such as glare reduction, contrast loss prevention, approach angle optimization, and driver reaction zone enhancement to significantly reduce accidents and deliver measurable highway safety improvements.

The project will cover several crucial highway sections in the Vijayawada region, including:
- The Anakapalli–Annavaram–Diwancheruvu section of NH-16 from Km 741.255 to Km 1022.494
- The Diwancheruvu–Siddhantham–Gundugolanu stretch on NH-216
- The Gundugolanu–Devarapalli–Kovvuru section from Km 15.320 to Km 85.204 on NH-16
- The Kathipudi stretch up to the start of the Kakinada Bypass, from Km 0.000 to Km 27.500 on NH-216
