The highly anticipated third edition of the Big Billion Property Sale is scheduled for later this month, following two successful editions that collectively generated sales exceeding ₹10,000 crore. This year's event promises to be the largest yet, featuring a staggering total inventory worth ₹25,000 crore across three key locations: Gurugram, Noida, and Panipat.

Evolution into a Comprehensive Real Estate Marketplace

Organized jointly by M3M India and Smartworld Developers, the platform has transformed from a simple property sale into a large-scale, transaction-focused real estate marketplace. The event now brings together curated inventory, structured financial offerings, and comprehensive end-to-end support under a single umbrella.

This year marks a significant innovation with the introduction of an integrated Buy. Sell. Lease. Model. This new approach enables customers to sell their existing properties, upgrade to new assets, or explore leasing opportunities across multiple categories including residential, retail, and commercial properties.

Building on Previous Successes

The platform's growth trajectory has been remarkable. The inaugural edition featured ₹10,000 crore worth of inventory and achieved approximately ₹4,000 crore in sales within just three days. Building on this momentum, the second edition expanded to ₹15,000 crore in inventory and reported over ₹6,000 crore in sales, attracting more than 15,000 walk-in visitors during the event.
