LDA launches Varun Vihar, Naimish Nagar with 3,100 plots

The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) is set to launch its Varun Vihar and Naimish Nagar housing schemes, with online registration opening for more than 3,100 residential plots in the first phase. The plan was finalized by LDA vice-chairperson Prathamesh Kumar on Monday.

Plots measuring from 72 square meters to 450 square meters will be offered across two sectors in each project. Varun Vihar, planned over 6,580 acres along the Agra Expressway, is expected to provide housing for 3.5 lakh residents and boost industrial, healthcare, educational, and logistics growth. In the first phase, LDA will offer 1,926 plots in Varun Vihar, including 1,218 in Kailash Khand and 708 in Kashi Khand.

Naimish Nagar will spread across about 3,600 acres along IIM Road. A total of 1,179 plots will be offered in the first phase of Naimish Nagar. Officials said both projects will feature modern infrastructure and extensive green spaces. Varun Vihar will also include a central park, golf course, and a 300-acre logistics park.
