The directive aims to leverage the potential of these areas to attract both domestic and foreign investments, thereby creating employment opportunities and enhancing infrastructure.
Focus on Comprehensive Development
The LG emphasized the need for a holistic approach that encompasses not only residential and commercial spaces but also industrial zones, recreational facilities, and green spaces. The plans are expected to include provisions for world-class amenities, efficient transportation networks, and sustainable practices. Dwarka, already known for its well-planned sectors, is seen as a model for future development. Narela, with its industrial focus, and Rohini, a bustling residential hub, offer unique opportunities for growth.

The sub-cities are strategically located and have the potential to become economic powerhouses. Dwarka is near the Indira Gandhi International Airport, making it ideal for business hubs.
