The National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO) Telangana chapter recently celebrated three decades of operation, highlighting its sustained mission to connect government policymakers, property developers, and homebuyers.

The association's president, Vijaya Sai Meka, reflected on this journey during a special cultural evening titled 'Ek Shaam Rishton Ke Naam'. The event, held at Fort Grand in Hyderabad on Friday, was organized to commemorate the milestone. Meka emphasized that since its founding, NAREDCO Telangana has actively created platforms for discussion to tackle the sector's most pressing challenges.
Secretary general K Sreedhar Reddy provided historical context, noting the association was established in 1995. This was a period marked by an economic slowdown in real estate. Reddy pointed out that the market has weathered multiple cycles since then, including a significant revival in the early 2000s, with the association providing steady support through times of volatility.

From its early days, NAREDCO Telangana has seen substantial growth. Officials stated the association now boasts a membership of over 300 builders and developers from across the state. This collective strength has been instrumental in advocating for industry-friendly policies and addressing stakeholder concerns.

Reddy confirmed that NAREDCO Telangana will persist in its engagement with all stakeholders on matters of policy and industry development.
