According to the Forbes Argentina report, the mansion spans approximately 1,600 square meters (about 17,200 square feet). It was designed by renowned Argentine architect Alejandro Bustillo. The property is situated in a part of the city where such homes are limited and rarely available for sale. The interior has been rebuilt while preserving the original structure. Barrio Parque is described as one of Buenos Aires' high-value residential areas, near homes owned by public figures, including Argentine television personality Susana Gimenez. Increased private security has been observed around the property.

The purchase price is among the highest for residential transactions in the area. According to a real estate firm cited in the report, such transactions are influenced by location and limited availability of similar properties.

"It is very cheap for a world capital city," Buenos Aires real estate consulting firm BuySell BA noted in a widely circulated post about the deal. "It won't be his last property purchase in Buenos Aires. And more of his associates and colleagues are also looking," BuySell BA added.
