Cellecor Reports Rs 1,292 Cr Revenue in FY26

Domestic electronics manufacturer Cellecor Gadgets Limited has reported robust financial results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026. The company registered net revenues of Rs 1,292 crore, marking a 26 percent increase from Rs 1,026 crore in the previous fiscal year. The net profit after tax (PAT) stood at Rs 39.61 crore, reflecting a 28 percent rise compared to the prior year.

The financial results, released on May 14, highlighted strong performance across all business segments, including consumer electronics, smart gadgets, home appliances, and kitchen appliances. EBITDA for the period reached Rs 71.54 crore, which was 32 percent higher than Rs 54.29 crore recorded in FY24-25.

Growth Drivers

According to the company, the growth was driven by product expansion, a wider retail presence, increased adoption in Tier II and Tier III markets, and growth in online and quick-commerce channels. Cellecor strengthened its partnership with organised retail chains such as Poorvika Mobiles, Sangeetha Mobiles, LOT Mobiles, and Big C Mobiles. The company also expanded its exclusive retail footprint by launching eight brand stores in key markets.

On the digital front, Cellecor expanded its presence across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, and ONDC. The company also focused on strengthening its supply chain and operational infrastructure while continuing to work with Make in India-aligned manufacturing partners.

Ravi Agarwal, co-founder and managing director at Cellecor Gadgets Limited, said, “With stronger retail expansion, product innovation, operational improvements, and deeper market penetration, we believe Cellecor is well-positioned for sustained long-term growth.”

Future Plans

Cellecor said it is entering FY26-27 with plans to further expand its product portfolio and retail presence. During FY25-26, the company strengthened its nationwide network with more than 1,800 distributors, over 100,000 retail touchpoints, and 2,000 service centres across India. The company also launched its Jio-powered QLED Smart TV range during the financial year as part of the expansion of its smart appliance portfolio.

Cellecor added that it will continue focusing on its Make in India strategy while expanding its position in the consumer electronics and smart appliances market in India.
