Ludhiana: Punjab Agricultural University's Punjab Agri Business Incubator (PABI) has been honored with the Best Incubator Award at the Startup Samagam 4.0 – Leaders' Conclave 2026. The prestigious accolade was presented by Punjab Governor Gulab Chand Kataria during the event.
