The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) is set to release the AP EAMCET 2026 provisional answer key today for the Engineering, Agriculture, and Pharmacy streams. Candidates who appeared for the entrance examination can access the preliminary key on the official APSCHE portal at cets.apsche.ap.gov.in.
Response Sheets and Master Question Papers
Along with the provisional answer key, APSCHE will also publish the response sheets and master question papers for all streams. Candidates must log in using their registration number and hall ticket number to download these documents and verify their responses.
Exam Schedule
The AP EAMCET 2026 examinations for the Agriculture and Pharmacy streams were conducted on May 19 and 20. The Engineering stream exams were held from May 12 to 15 and again on May 18 at various examination centres across the state.
The entrance examination is conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Kakinada, on behalf of APSCHE for admissions to undergraduate professional courses in Engineering, Agriculture, and Pharmacy.
Marking Scheme
Under the AP EAMCET 2026 marking scheme, candidates receive one mark for every correct answer. There is no negative marking for incorrect responses, and unanswered questions do not attract any deduction. The examination carries a total of 160 marks and consists entirely of multiple-choice questions.
Objection Window
Candidates who find discrepancies in the provisional answer key can raise objections until May 25. APSCHE has stated that objections must be submitted online in accordance with the prescribed guidelines. Applicants challenging any answer will have to pay a fee of Rs 300 per question. The amount will be refunded if the objection is found to be valid after review.
The final answer key is scheduled to be released on June 1, 2026. APSCHE has clarified that an expert committee will examine all objections received before preparing the revised key. No further challenges will be accepted after the publication of the final answer key.
How to Download the Answer Key
Candidates can download the provisional answer key by visiting the official APSCHE website and clicking on the AP EAMCET 2026 answer key link available on the homepage. After selecting the stream and subject paper, the answer key PDF will appear on the screen.
Candidates can also download their response sheets to compare recorded responses with the official answers and estimate their probable scores before the declaration of results. The AP EAMCET 2026 results are expected to be announced on June 1, 2026.
