The Board of School Education Haryana (BSEH) has officially released the complete schedule for online applications pertaining to the D.El.Ed examinations scheduled for October 2026. The board has explicitly stated that all affiliated institutes must complete the application process within the prescribed timeline, as no applications will be entertained after the final deadline has passed.

Chairman's Statement and Previous Results

Board Chairman Dr. Pawan Kumar confirmed that the results for the D.El.Ed examinations conducted in February and March 2026 for the admission years 2023-25 and 2024-26 were already declared on May 14, 2026. Following the announcement of these results, preparations have now commenced for the upcoming October 2026 examinations.

Eligibility for October 2026 Examination

The October 2026 examination will cater to re-appear candidates from the admission years 2023-25 and 2024-26. Additionally, regular second-year students of the 2024-26 batch and first-year regular students of the 2025-27 batch are also required to appear for this examination.

Application Process and Timeline

According to the official notification, online applications will open on May 21, 2026. Students must submit their forms through the login IDs provided to their respective institutes on the official BSEH website. The board has emphasized that no applications will be accepted after the final deadline.

Examination Fee Structure

The board has fixed the re-appear examination fee at Rs 800 per subject. For students with re-appear in more than one subject, an additional Rs 200 will be charged for each extra subject. However, the maximum examination fee has been capped at Rs 2,000 per student-teacher. For regular students of the D.El.Ed admission year 2025-27, a one-time examination fee of Rs 4,300 has been prescribed, covering both years of the program.

Late Fee Schedule

The board has also issued a strict schedule for submission of forms with late fees. Applications can be submitted without any late fee from May 21 to June 4, 2026. Thereafter, applications will be accepted with a late fee of Rs 100 from June 5 to June 11, Rs 300 from June 12 to June 18, and Rs 1,000 from June 19 to June 25, 2026. No applications will be accepted after June 25.

Warning to Institutes

The Haryana Board has directed all affiliated institutes to ensure timely completion of the online application process. Officials have clearly stated that no requests or applications will be considered after the final deadline expires. Institutes are urged to cooperate and avoid any delays.
