The Board of Secondary Education, Manipur (BOSEM) has officially declared the High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) Examination 2026 results, achieving an overall pass percentage of 88.74%. This year, 32,459 candidates successfully cleared the examination out of 36,579 students who appeared.

Continuation of Grade and Grade Points System

Under this revised framework, marks are no longer displayed on the Certificate-cum-Grade Statement issued by the Board. According to BOSEM, this reform was implemented following Government Order No. MISC5/1/2024-EDN(S)-EDN(S) dated March 15, 2024, and a resolution adopted by the Board on April 20, 2024. The Board emphasized that the initiative aims to reduce academic stress and promote holistic development among students.
