UP Board 10th, 12th Results 2026 Post April 15 Release

UP Board Class 10 and 12 Results 2026 Anticipated After Mid-April

The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has officially indicated that the results for the Class 10 and Class 12 board examinations of the 2026 academic session will be declared after April 15. While the precise date and time for the announcement remain pending confirmation from the board, this timeline sets expectations for millions of students and parents across the state. Once released, candidates will be able to access their scores online through designated official portals.

Massive Evaluation Effort Concludes for 2026 Exams

UPMSP has successfully wrapped up the extensive evaluation process for the 2026 board exams, which involved a monumental effort to assess answer sheets. Between March 18, 2026, and April 1, 2026, nearly 3 crore answer sheets belonging to over 52 lakh students were meticulously reviewed. This colossal task was undertaken by approximately 1.5 lakh teachers stationed at more than 250 evaluation centers statewide, ensuring the assessments were completed promptly. Notably, in just the initial two days of the evaluation period, over 21 lakh answer sheets were marked, highlighting the efficiency and scale of the operation.

Passing Requirements and Compartment Exam Details

To successfully pass the UP Board examinations, students must achieve a minimum of 33 percent marks in each individual subject as well as in the overall aggregate. Those who fail to meet this threshold in more than two subjects will be required to appear for compartment examinations to improve their scores. Additionally, for Class 12 students, internal assessment marks were mandated to be uploaded by schools by March 25, 2026, in accordance with board directives, ensuring all components are factored into the final results.

Board Issues Alert on Cyber Fraud Targeting Students

Earlier this month, UPMSP issued a critical advisory warning students and parents about potential cyber fraud schemes. Similar deceptive attempts have been reported in previous years, where fraudsters contact individuals via phone calls, messages, or emails with false promises of early result access or additional support. The board has strongly cautioned against responding to such communications, emphasizing that official results will only be available through legitimate channels after the scheduled release.
