The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has officially declared the Intermediate (Class 12) examination results for the year 2026, along with the list of state toppers. The announcement was made at 4 PM from Prayagraj, where board officials also released comprehensive performance data, revealing an overall pass percentage of 80.38%.

This year's Class 12 results demonstrate strong academic performance across Uttar Pradesh, with several students achieving scores above 97%. The toppers list includes candidates from various districts, reflecting a highly competitive examination outcome across government, aided, and self-financed institutions.
Shikha Verma Secures First Rank
Shikha Verma, a student of Baburam Savitri Devi Inter College in Sitapur, has secured the top position in the Intermediate examination 2026 with an impressive 97.60% marks. Her outstanding performance placed her at the summit of the state merit list among more than 24 lakh candidates who appeared for the exam.
Second and Third Ranks
The second rank has been jointly secured by Nandani Gupta of Sarvodaya Jankalyan Inter College, Bareilly, and Shriya Verma of Maharani Lakshmi Bai Memorial Inter College, Barabanki, both scoring 97.20%. The third rank is jointly shared by Surbhi Yadav and Pooja Pal, each achieving 97.00%.
