The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has announced the establishment of grievance cells at its regional offices to address student concerns following the declaration of the Class X and Class XII examination results for 2026. The initiative aims to resolve complaints and objections related to the results in a time-bound manner.
Grievance Cell Operations
According to Additional Secretary (Administration) Satyendra Kumar Singh, the grievance cells became operational from Wednesday and will remain active until May 29. Students who have discrepancies or issues regarding their results can submit complaints along with a copy of their online marksheet and relevant supporting documents.
Regional Office Contacts
To facilitate easy access, students have been directed to contact their respective regional offices located in Meerut, Bareilly, Prayagraj, Varanasi, and Gorakhpur. The board has also released contact details, including telephone numbers and email addresses, to streamline the grievance redressal process.
Students associated with the Prayagraj regional office can register their complaints by phone at 0532-2423265 or 9793908133, or by emailing roallahabad1@gmail.com. Officials have emphasised that all complaints will be examined carefully to ensure transparency and fairness in the evaluation process.
Additional Information
The board encourages students to submit their grievances promptly within the stipulated timeframe. For other regional offices, contact numbers are available on the official UPMSP website. This step is part of the board's commitment to addressing student concerns efficiently and maintaining the integrity of the examination process.
