Prayagraj: The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has released the detailed marks and category-wise cut-off marks for the Combined State/Upper Subordinate Services Examination (PCS) 2024, over two months after the final results were announced. The information includes subject-wise and paper-wise scores obtained by candidates in the main examination, interview marks, and aggregate scores where applicable. The commission has also made available the post-wise and category-wise cut-off marks for selected candidates.
Accessing Marks and Cut-off Details
According to the commission, the marks and cut-off details will remain accessible on the official website until June 15. Candidates can view their scores by entering the required credentials on the portal and verifying their identity through a one-time password (OTP) sent to their registered mobile number. UPPSC has also issued instructions for candidates facing difficulties in receiving the OTP or those wishing to update their registered mobile number. Such candidates have been asked to send an application to the commission mentioning their roll number, name, father’s name, new mobile number, and signature. The application must be accompanied by a self-attested copy of a valid identity proof, such as a voter ID card, PAN card, driving licence, Aadhaar card, or high school certificate. After verification and updating records, the commission will inform candidates through SMS, enabling them to access their marks online.
Provisional Answer Keys for Assistant Professor Exam
Meanwhile, the commission has also released the provisional answer keys for eight subjects of the Assistant Professor Recruitment Examination 2025, conducted on May 31 for appointments in government degree colleges across Uttar Pradesh. The subjects include computer science, geography, economics, commerce, Urdu, statistics, Sanskrit, and education. UPPSC examination controller Harshdev Pandey has invited objections from candidates regarding any question or answer in the provisional key. Candidates can submit their objections along with supporting evidence either in person or through post to the commission by 5 pm on June 16. The commission will examine the objections before preparing the final answer keys and further recruitment process.
