The Madurai district administration is gearing up to host a major employment drive, offering a significant boost to job seekers in the region. In a collaborative effort, the District Employment Office and the Tamil Nadu State Rural Livelihoods Mission will organize a large-scale private sector job fair at Velammal Engineering College in Viraganoor.

The fair is scheduled for January 10 and promises to be a substantial opportunity for educated candidates. Participation is completely free for all job seekers. The scale of the fair is impressive, with more than 250 private companies confirmed to participate. These firms are collectively expected to offer approximately 10,000 job vacancies across a diverse range of industries.
