ACPC Gujarat to Release Provisional Merit List for Engineering Admissions

The Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC), Gujarat, is expected to release the much-anticipated provisional merit list for Degree Engineering admissions tomorrow, June 12, 2026. Candidates who have registered for the counselling process can check their state-wise merit rank on the official portal, gujacpc.admissions.nic.in.

Merit List Preparation Criteria

The provisional merit list is being prepared based on a structured and transparent evaluation system. As per the admission criteria, 60% weightage is assigned to the marks obtained in PCM subjects of the Class 12 (HSC) board examination, while 40% weightage is assigned to the GUJCET 2026 percentile score. This overall percentage determines the state merit rank of the candidate, which is crucial for seat allocation in engineering colleges across Gujarat.

Expected Changes in Cut-off Scores

Changes may occur in cut-off scores for colleges such as LD College of Engineering (LDCE), Ahmedabad, and VGEC Chandkheda, depending on the number of seats available and the number of candidates in different categories.

Mock Round Choice Filling Schedule

After publishing the merit list and seat list, the ACPC Gujarat will conduct the Mock Round Choice Filling from the same day until June 15, 2026. In this mock round, candidates can submit their choice of colleges and streams, understand their chances of allotment, and change choices without losing any seat.
