Remuneration
The salary is governed by Pay Matrix Level 10, with a baseline of Rs 56,100 per month. Additional allowances include Hard Area Allowance, Risk Allowance, Uniform Allowances, and comprehensive medical access.
Training
Selected candidates undergo tailored operational instruction spanning up to a year at specified force academies, such as the BSF Academy in Tekanpur or the CRPF Academy in Kadarpur.
