Prayagraj: Professor N K Shukla from the Electronics and Communication Department at Allahabad University has been appointed as the vice-chancellor of Jananayak Chandrashekhar University in Ballia. The appointment order was issued on May 20 by Anandiben Patel, the Governor of Uttar Pradesh and Chancellor of state universities.
Current Responsibilities
Professor Shukla currently holds several key administrative positions at Allahabad University, including Dean of the College Development Council and Dean of Student Welfare. He also serves as the head of the Electronics and Communication Department. In addition to his academic and administrative roles, Professor Shukla previously served as the Registrar of Allahabad University.

Expressing his gratitude, Professor Shukla stated, "I am grateful to the Governor and the state government for reposing faith in me. I will work with full dedication to strengthen academic quality, research, and the overall development of the University."
