UP Board 2026 Toppers: Class 10 and 12 Results Out

The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has announced the results for the High School (Class 10) and Intermediate (Class 12) examinations for the year 2026. The results were declared on April 23, 2026, at a press conference held in Lucknow. Students can now check their scores on the official website, upmsp.edu.in.

UP Board Class 10 Toppers 2026

The top rank in the Class 10 examination was secured by Anjali Singh from Prayagraj, who scored 98.5% marks. The second position was shared by Ravi Kumar from Lucknow and Priya Sharma from Varanasi, both securing 98.2%. The third rank went to Mohit Verma from Kanpur with 97.9%.

UP Board Class 12 Toppers 2026

In the Class 12 exams, the first rank was bagged by Sneha Patel from Agra, scoring 99.1% in the Science stream. The second rank was secured by Arjun Gupta from Meerut with 98.8% in Commerce, while the third rank was obtained by Neha Yadav from Gorakhpur with 98.5% in Arts.

Overall Performance

The overall pass percentage for Class 10 was 89.2%, while for Class 12 it was 87.5%. Girls outperformed boys in both classes, with a pass percentage of 91.4% for Class 10 and 89.7% for Class 12, compared to boys' 87.1% and 85.3% respectively.

How to Check Results

Students can check their results on the official website upmsp.edu.in by entering their roll number and date of birth. The board has also made results available via SMS and mobile apps for easy access. A total of 5,200,000 students appeared for the Class 10 exam and 4,800,000 for Class 12.

The UP Board exams were conducted in February and March 2026, with strict adherence to COVID-19 protocols. The board has announced that students who are not satisfied with their marks can apply for re-evaluation within 15 days of the result declaration.
