The Bihar Technical Services Commission has officially announced the release of admit cards for the crucial document verification stage under Advertisement No. 23/2025. This process is specifically for the recruitment of staff nurses within the state's Health Department. It targets candidates who have successfully qualified in the previously conducted Computer Based Test, marking a significant step forward in the appointment procedure.
Official Notice and Verification Schedule Details
According to the formal notice issued from the Commission's headquarters located on Harding Road in Patna, the document verification will be organized in two distinct daily shifts over a predetermined period. Candidates who have been shortlisted based on category-wise merit lists are mandated to appear strictly according to the schedule that has been published on the Commission's official website. The verification process is scheduled to take place at the Bihar Technical Services Commission premises in Patna.
The first shift will run from 10:00 AM to 01:30 PM, followed by the second shift from 02:00 PM to 05:30 PM. This structured timing aims to ensure a smooth and efficient verification process for all eligible applicants.
How to Access and Download the Call Letter
Shortlisted candidates invited for the verification must download their official call letter, which serves as the admit card for entry. Access to the call letter is available through the Commission's official online portal. Candidates need to log in using their unique application or registration number, along with their registered mobile number and date of birth. The process requires OTP authentication, which will be sent to the registered mobile number to ensure security and prevent unauthorized access.
It is critically important to note that entry into the verification premises will not be permitted without a valid call letter. Candidates are advised to download and print their call letters well in advance to avoid any last-minute complications.

All applicants must be registered with any Union or State Nursing Council at the time of submitting their application. However, it is mandatory for selected candidates to obtain registration with the Bihar Nursing Registration Council before their formal appointment is finalized.
