In a circular addressed to principals of all CBSE-affiliated schools, the board's controller of examination, Sanyam Bhardwaj, emphasized that such actions risk disciplinary action, as they violate professional conduct and confidentiality protocols.

Bhardwaj reminded teachers that the evaluation process is strictly confidential and governed by established protocols. He stated that sharing misleading information, personal experiences, or opinions on public platforms is strictly forbidden. Any attempts to spread rumors or misrepresent facts on social media constitute a breach of professional duties and may lead to disciplinary measures. Teachers are specifically instructed to exercise restraint and uphold the integrity of the examination process at all times.

The circular places the responsibility of compliance on school principals, directing them to promptly communicate this advisory to all teachers involved in evaluation. CBSE expects all evaluators to maintain confidentiality, dignity, and professionalism in their duties, ensuring the credibility of the examination system remains intact.
