Haryana School Education Board Chairman Shankar Lal Dhoopar conducted an inspection of the under-construction Atal Multipurpose Auditorium at the board headquarters in Bhiwani. He also reviewed the functioning of various branches and examined the status of pending files during his visit.

Inspection Focuses on Construction Progress

The chairman began the inspection at the construction site of the Atal Multipurpose Auditorium. While reviewing the ongoing work, he instructed concerned officials to complete the project within the prescribed schedule. He expressed dissatisfaction over construction materials lying in a disorganised manner at the site and directed the authorities concerned to take immediate corrective measures. Following the site visit, he inspected several branches of the board office. He reviewed employee attendance records and examined the status of pending files and cases. During the inspection, he issued a stern warning to officials and staff found negligent in the discharge of their duties.

Directions on Transparency and Timely Disposal

Shankar Lal Dhoopar stated that transparency and adherence to timelines should remain the highest priorities for all officers and employees associated with board work. He instructed officials to ensure the early disposal of pending matters and stressed the importance of maintaining efficiency in administrative functioning. He also clarified that the exercise was not a one-time inspection. Similar surprise reviews would continue in future to assess departmental work and monitor progress across different sections of the board.

Interaction with Students, Parents and Teachers

During his visit, the chairman interacted with students, parents and teachers who had come to the board office. He sought their views regarding board services and facilities and listened to their experiences. Several visitors appreciated the functioning of the board, while others shared suggestions for improvement. Taking note of the feedback, he directed all officers and employees to discharge their responsibilities with sincerity and maintain a courteous and cooperative approach while dealing with members of the public.
