The prestigious Mānn School successfully conducted its 37th annual Celebration of Excellence on its campus in 2025. This significant event brought together the school's current students, their proud parents, distinguished alumni, and special guests for a day of recognition and festivity.
A Ceremonial Start with Patriotic Values
The programme commenced with a formal welcome address, setting the tone for the day. The chief guest, Ambassador Dr Deepak Vohra, had the honour of hoisting the school flag. In his address to the assembled gathering, Dr Vohra spoke eloquently on the themes of patriotism and core national values, inspiring the young minds present.
The ceremonial segment was further elevated by a disciplined NCC Guard of Honour and an impressive March Past. This display of precision and discipline was led by the School Captain, Sumer Raj Choudhary, showcasing the leadership and training instilled in the students.
Spectacular Performances and Honouring the Past
The event was packed with vibrant performances that displayed the diverse talents of the student body. Attendees were treated to a brass band display, an orchestral presentation, and a dynamic gymnastics show. A unique attraction was the horse show organised by the school's own Equestrian Club, adding a distinct flair to the celebrations.
A special moment of nostalgia and respect was observed as the institution felicitated its alumni. This included members from the millennial batch of the year 2000. The school also took the opportunity to honour its dedicated staff members for their long-standing and invaluable contributions to the institution's legacy.
Cultural Showcase and Recognising Excellence
A major highlight of the evening was a cultural segment titled ‘The Epitome of India’s Heartbeat’. This performance beautifully captured the vibrant colours and dynamic rhythms of Delhi, enthralling the audience.
The core of the celebration was the recognition of student merit. Achievements were acknowledged across three separate prize distribution phases. The top honour of the School Flag of the Year was awarded to Buddha House for its consistent all-round performance. Buddha House also received the MOSS Silver Jubilee Trophy for Excellence, cementing its outstanding record for the academic year.
The 37th Celebration of Excellence concluded on a solemn and traditional note with a retreat ceremony. This marked the formal closing of yet another successful annual event, leaving a sense of accomplishment and school spirit in its wake.
