In a circular issued to parents on Friday, the school management announced it has identified individuals responsible for alleged trespass, disruption of operations, and privacy violations during the incident on April 15.

According to the institution's account, a small group of parents accompanied by unidentified individuals entered the Undri school campus without proper authorization. The protest centered on complaints about a recent fee increase that parents claimed was unauthorized and lacked transparency. While the school had reportedly implemented a 15% fee hike, protesters alleged the actual increase amounted to nearly 47%. "We have identified the people at fault after internal investigation," the circular stated. "Consequently, civil and criminal proceedings have been initiated. We intend to pursue the matter to the fullest extent of the law."
