Higher Education as a Catalyst for Leadership and Equity
Governor Abdul Nazeer elaborated on the broader responsibilities of higher education institutions, stating they are instrumental in nurturing leadership and promoting economic equity through value-based education. He emphasized that universities must not only impart knowledge but also instill ethical values and a sense of social responsibility in students.
The governor's remarks align with the Vikasit Bharat 2047 vision, which aims to transform India into a developed nation by its centennial year of independence. He asserted that academic institutions are the bedrock of this transformation, driving innovation, research, and human resource development essential for national advancement.
