The registration process for the 2026-27 academic session commenced on December 14, 2025 and concluded on January 25, 2026. The CUET PG 2026 will be conducted exclusively in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode, continuing the digital examination trend established in previous years. Each testing day will feature two to three separate shifts to accommodate the large number of candidates.

  1. 41 language papers will be conducted exclusively in their respective languages
  2. Master of Technology (MTech) and Higher Sciences papers will be available only in English
  3. Acharya papers will be in Sanskrit, except for Indian Knowledge System, Bauddha Darshan, and Trilingual (Hindi, Sanskrit, English) papers
  4. Hindu Studies papers will be available in both Hindi and English
