KIIT University Records 92.5% Placement Success for 2025 Graduating Batch
KIIT Deemed to be University (KIIT-DU) has once again solidified its position among India's premier educational institutions with an outstanding on-campus placement performance for the 2025 batch. Despite facing a challenging global job market, the university achieved an overall placement conversion rate of approximately 92.5 percent, reinforcing its reputation as a top destination for campus recruitment in the country.
Robust Recruitment Drive Across Multiple Disciplines
During the 2025 placement season, more than 757 companies visited the KIIT campus to recruit from a pool of around 5,000 eligible students. This extensive recruitment effort resulted in approximately 4,621 job offers distributed across various schools and academic disciplines, showcasing the university's broad appeal to employers.
KIIT School of Technology Leads with Impressive Numbers
According to official reports from the university, the KIIT School of Technology (KSOT) spearheaded the placement drive. A total of 451 companies extended over 3,800 job offers to students from this school. The average annual compensation package reached Rs 8.5 lakh, with 739 students securing multiple offers, indicating strong industry demand for KIIT graduates.
Notably, more than 1,500 of these offers were classified as Dream Offers, while 59 companies provided packages of Rs 10 lakh per annum and above. Microsoft emerged as the top recruiter, offering the highest package of Rs 51 LPA. Mass recruiters such as Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and Wipro also participated actively, with TCS making 530 offers and Wipro extending 342 offers. Additionally, 1,209 paid internship opportunities were generated, offering students valuable industry exposure prior to graduation.
NVIDIA and Other High-Paying Recruiters Highlight Tech Focus
One of the standout moments of the 2025 placement season was the recruitment by NVIDIA, which offered a compensation package of Rs 36.28 LPA, positioning it among the top-paying companies at KIIT. NVIDIA's involvement underscores KIIT's growing visibility among global technology leaders and emphasizes its commitment to fostering future-ready skills in areas like artificial intelligence, computing, and advanced engineering.
Other prominent companies offering packages above Rs 30 LPA included Human Resocia, Hike, and PayPal, further highlighting the diversity and quality of recruiters engaging with the campus.
Strong Performance Across Other Academic Schools
The placement success extended beyond the technology school, with other disciplines reporting encouraging results:
- KIIT School of Management (KSOM): 161 companies participated, generating 401 offers for MBA students. The highest package was Rs 20 LPA, with an average of Rs 7.25 LPA.
- KIIT School of Rural Management (KSRM): Achieved 100 percent placement once again, maintaining its consistent track record. 51 companies recruited students, with the highest package at Rs 20.71 LPA and an average of Rs 5.75 LPA.
- KIIT School of Biotechnology (KSBT): Recorded 85 percent placement, with several students opting for higher studies. 42 companies participated, and the highest package was Rs 8 LPA.
- KIIT School of Law (KSOL): Attracted 52 law firms and corporate organizations, including leading names like Wadia Ghandy & Co., Athena Law, and Bajaj Allianz. The highest package of Rs 9.6 LPA was offered by Wadia Ghandy & Co., with an average of Rs 4.5 LPA.

The placement season witnessed strong interest from global and high-end recruiters. The top 10 companies offering the highest packages were:

2026 Placements Show Early Momentum
Following the successful conclusion of placements for the 2025 graduating batch, KIIT has already reported positive early momentum in the ongoing campus recruitment cycle for the 2026 batch. Despite difficult global market conditions, the university has achieved an overall placement conversion rate of around 70 percent so far across major schools, with the recruitment season still in progress.
The KIIT School of Technology is leading the 2026 placement drive, with over 3,000 offers made by more than 175 companies to date. This includes over 1,200 offers of Rs 10 LPA and above extended by 44 companies. Large-scale hiring by firms such as Infosys and Accenture has further strengthened the season. Other schools, including Management, Rural Management, Biotechnology, and Law, have also reported encouraging early placement outcomes, signaling another strong year ahead for KIIT's graduating students.
