Additional Disciplinary Measures and Campus Conduct Rules

Beyond the ID card mandate, Utkal University has introduced several other rules to foster a conducive academic environment. Students are warned against unnecessary loitering on campus and engaging in behavior detrimental to the institution's educational goals. The university has also designated the entire campus as a zero-tolerance zone for tobacco products, intoxicants, and e-cigarettes.

Violations of these policies will result in severe disciplinary action, underscoring the university's commitment to student safety and well-being. These measures collectively aim to create a secure, focused, and healthy atmosphere for all members of the university community.
