Alia Bhatt's Griha Pravesh Look: Inside Her ₹250 Cr Home & Manish Malhotra Saree
Alia Bhatt's Griha Pravesh in Manish Malhotra Saree

Bollywood's beloved couple, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor, continue to captivate fans with their rare personal moments. Known for fiercely guarding their privacy, the duo occasionally offers a cherished peek into their world. In a recent social media share, Alia Bhatt treated followers to a series of pictures from her November gallery, providing an intimate look at a monumental milestone: their first steps into their newly constructed Mumbai mansion.

A Peek Into the Krishna Raj Bungalow

The never-before-seen pictures unveiled glimpses of the family's sprawling new abode in Bandra, reportedly named 'Krishna Raj'. The visuals were rich with personal touches, featuring their young daughter, Raha, and a special tribute to Ranbir's late father, the legendary actor Rishi Kapoor. The bungalow, which has been the subject of much media speculation, is said to be valued at a staggering ₹250 crores and is now nearly ready for the family to move in.

Alia's Iconic Griha Pravesh Ensemble

While the home itself was a sight to behold, it was Alia Bhatt's traditional attire for the griha pravesh (housewarming) ceremony that truly stole the spotlight. The actor chose a breathtaking peach-pink tissue silk saree from designer Manish Malhotra's collection. The saree, with its soft fluidity and woven gold border, shimmered elegantly. The scalloped design of the border added a curved, ornamental finish to the classic drape.

The true showstopper, however, was the intricately crafted blouse. A structured golden piece, it featured compact clusters of sequin and thread floral embroidery. The design boasted structured cap sleeves and an unconventional sweetheart neckline. This heavy, textured blouse created a beautiful contrast with the smooth saree, adding a regal dimension while maintaining a cohesive gold aesthetic.

Jewellery and Styling: A Masterclass in Elegance

Styled by Priyanka Kapadia Badani, Alia's accessories perfectly complemented her look. She opted for stunning jhumkas from Khurana Jewellery House and Maya Sanghavi Jewels, which featured an extended chain attached to her gajra. Foregoing a necklace to highlight the blouse's neckline, she stacked her wrists with statement pieces.

Her jewellery included two openwork gold kadas with lotus motifs outlined in white stones and a heavy bangle set accentuated with small rubies. This combination struck a perfect balance, making her appearance both deeply traditional and supremely chic.

Her makeup reflected her signature clean-girl aesthetic: an illuminating base, peach cheeks and lips, defined brows, muted eyeshadow, and a fine stroke of kohl. Her hair was styled in a sleek high bun, adorned with a fresh gajra, completing the picture of quintessential Bollywood elegance with a 'nayi bahu' charm.

This intimate share not only celebrated a new beginning for the Kapoor-Bhatt family but also solidified Alia Bhatt's status as a fashion icon who seamlessly blends minimalism with high glamour for landmark life events.
