Focus Shifts to Chidambaram's Upcoming Film 'Balan'

Chidambaram last directed the blockbuster hit Manjummel Boys, which achieved major commercial and critical success in theatres. His next directorial project is titled Balan, with the screenplay written by Aavesham director Jithu Madhavan.

Recently, acclaimed filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma met with Chidambaram. After their meeting, Varma watched a short cut of Balan and later shared his enthusiastic reaction on X. Me with #Chidambaram, the BLOCKBUSTER director of #ManjummelBoys. Just saw a small cut of his latest film #Balan and it's BEYOND FANTASTIC. Just AMAZING, Varma posted.

Dileep's Recent Film Projects

On the other hand, actor Dileep was last seen in the action spoof movie Bha.Bha.Ba. which received mixed reviews from audiences and delivered only a mediocre performance at the box office. The film also featured veteran actor Mohanlal in a significant cameo role.

Dileep also appeared in the family entertainer Prince and Family, which was a decent hit and garnered generally positive reviews. However, industry observers noted that it did not represent a perfect comeback for the actor often referred to as Janapriya Nayagan.

The entertainment industry continues to generate numerous rumors and speculations about upcoming projects, but Chidambaram's clear denial serves as a reminder about the importance of verifying information from reliable sources before accepting such claims as fact.
