Dharmendra's Viral Dance, Health Update from Hospital

Veteran Bollywood icon Dharmendra, currently receiving medical care, has become the center of fan attention as they revisit his most endearing moments. While the actor has been hospitalized at Mumbai's Breach Candy Hospital since November 1, a delightful throwback video from the sets of Bigg Boss 17 has resurfaced, capturing hearts across the internet and showcasing his undiminished spirit.

Dharmendra Joins the 'Jamal Kudu' Dance Fever

The viral clip features the legendary star sharing a fun-filled moment on the Bigg Boss 17 stage with host Salman Khan and his brothers, Sohail Khan and Arbaaz Khan. In a segment that has since taken the internet by storm, Dharmendra enthusiastically participated in the popular "Jamal Kudu" dance craze from his son Bobby Deol's 2023 blockbuster film, Animal.

A Charming Attempt at the Iconic Hook Step

During his special appearance, Dharmendra was greeted with warmth and respect by the Khan brothers. Comedian Krushna Abhishek lightened the mood with a humorous remark about the number of glasses that might have been broken during the original song's shoot, before encouraging everyone, including the veteran actor, to try the famous hook step.

Responding with his trademark charisma, Dharmendra, with a little assistance from Sohail Khan and Krushna Abhishek, rose from his chair and made a spirited attempt to recreate his son Bobby's iconic move. In a playful moment that had the entire set in splits, the actor held a glass and pretended to take a sip, further amplifying the joy and laughter.

Bobby Deol's Emotional Tribute and Health Rumours Quashed

Later in the same clip, Bobby Deol was seen paying a heartfelt tribute to his father, honouring Dharmendra's incredible 63-year journey in Indian cinema. "It's incredible that you're still doing films, you've just shot two new ones!" Bobby expressed with immense pride, calling himself blessed to be the son of a true "legend."

Meanwhile, concerning and completely false rumours about Dharmendra's health had begun circulating on social media. To put an end to the baseless speculation, Hema Malini and Esha Deol took to their official social media handles. On Tuesday morning, Hema Malini posted on X (formerly Twitter) to assure everyone that Dharmendra is actively "recovering" and responding well to treatment.

She strongly condemned the irresponsible spread of false news, stating, "What is happening is unforgivable! How can responsible channels spread false news about a person who is responding to treatment and is recovering? This is extremely disrespectful and irresponsible. Please give due respect to the family and its need for privacy." This statement has provided much-needed reassurance to the actor's countless fans.
