The much-anticipated trailer for Ranveer Singh's upcoming action thriller Dhurandhar is set to launch tomorrow, marking the actor's return to the big screen after Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani. Directed by Aditya Dhar of URI fame, the film is scheduled for a December 5 release across theaters.

The grand trailer launch event will take place at the prestigious Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (NMACC) on Tuesday. The event will be attended by the film's star cast including Ranveer Singh, R Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, young actor Sara Arjun, director Aditya Dhar, and producers Jyoti Deshpande and Lokesh Dhar.
Originally planned for November 14, the trailer launch was postponed due to two significant events - the Red Fort blasts and veteran actor Dharmendra's health concerns. The makers decided to reschedule the event as a mark of respect.

Story Inspiration and Film Details
Reportedly inspired by real-life incidents, global conflicts, and RAW's covert operations, Dhurandhar promises to be a high-octane action thriller. In July 2024, when Ranveer Singh first announced the project on social media, he shared a teaser with the caption: "An inferno will rise. Uncover the true story of the Unknown Men," along with the film's release date.
The film's provisional runtime stands at 185 minutes (3 hours and 5 minutes) according to Bollywood Hungama, though the final duration will be locked by the filmmakers within the next ten days.
Between Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani and Dhurandhar, Ranveer Singh had several projects in the pipeline that were eventually shelved, including Rakshas with Prasanth Varma and Don 3 with Farhan Akhtar. His expected collaboration with Sanjay Leela Bhansali for Birju Bawra also remains uncertain as Bhansali is currently focused on Love & War featuring Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, and Vicky Kaushal.
